NBRP "Nihonzaru (Japanese monkeys)"
Supported by MEXT, the National Bioresource Project (NBRP) was launched in 2002, to collect, develop, and provide essential bio-resources for various life science researches. EHUB has promoted NBRP “Nihonzaru (Japanese monkeys)”, one of the NBRP Core Facility Upgrading Programs.
Database of research resources, PrINTEG
PrINTEG is an integretaed database of study matearials, incluidng skeletal and formalin specimens, tissue samples for molecular biological and iPS researches, and CT scans, all of which are housed at the EHUB, which are linked by each individual ID and used for interdisciplinary research.
Laboratory Animal Guideline
All animal experiments carried in EHUB are performed strictly in accordance with Guideline for Care and Use of Nonhuman Primates (3rd ed., Primate Research Institute of Kyoto University), and they must be reviewed and permitted by Animal Experimental Committee, in advance.
Primate Genome Database
Primate Genome Database provides integrated data about the physiology,
behavior, and personalities of 14 chimpanzees with their genome data.
MacaquePoseト
MacaquePose: MacaquePose is an open dataset containing pictures of macaque monkeys and manually labeled annotations on them. The dataset can be downloaded from the link below. Check “readme.txt” in the downloaded file for the use of the dataset. See also Labuguen et al., 2020 for the detail of the dataset.
